The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bristol City Supporters Society Limited (trading as BCSCT) took place on Saturday 17th December 2022 at 1pm, in the Supporters Bar at Ashton Gate – prior to the Stoke City game
First announced back in November 2022, the AGM was our first major in-person meeting since the COVID-19 pandemic. Papers for this meeting are available from the link above.
With approximately 70 of our members in attendance, the requisite quorum was met. Guests in attendance included our President, Marina Dolman MBE, plus the football club’s Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) Jerry Tocknell & Fan Engagement Executive Emily Poole.
Apart from one member who was unavailable to travel from London due to industrial action, all other board members were in attendance.
As well as discussing the Chair’s Report, Treasurer’s Report & Membership Report, significant events from the AGM include:
- An appointment of an Independent Examiner for our accounts
- Re-appointment of Terry Hamlin as club secretary (who sits independently of the board)
- Introduction of a new associate membership scheme
- Change of Rule 1 from Bristol City Football Club is called “the Club” to Bristol City Football Club & Bristol City Women’s Football Club are collectively called “the Club”
