City Women Away Travel Confirmed for the Rest of the Season

Bristol City Supporters Club & Trust are pleased to announce with the football club that travel will be available for supporters to attend City Women’s remaining WSL away fixtures this season.

Following discussions between the SC&T & the football club, an agreement has been reached to provide supporters the opportunity to follow the team on the road for the remainder of the 2023/24 Barclays Women’s Super League season.

While records continue to be broken for City Women at home at Ashton Gate, support continues to grow for the team on the road. Beginning with away travel for two games last season at Charlton Athletic & Southampton FC, this continued with travel for this season’s games at Tottenham Hotspur & at Liverpool.

The SC&T will manage the administration & booking of the coach travel, while all ticket sales will be managed by Bristol Sport. Prices for each fixture have also been set & agreed between the SC&T & Bristol Sport.

Shahan Miah; one of the City Women Fan Representatives on our board; says: “It’s great to support City on the road; the players & staff really appreciate it & you can tell how much they love to see their own supporters travel to see them play.

Away support is growing across the women’s game, especially with away sections becoming ever-present in the WSL.

This was a collaborative effort, with input from all our board members, and we are delighted that we reached an agreement with the club to offer away travel for supporters for the rest of the season”.

Away coaches (& match tickets) will be available for City’s remaining WSL away fixtures at Brighton & Hove Albion, Aston Villa, Leicester City, Manchester United, Arsenal & Chelsea. Coach tickets and travel details will be released in the lead-up to each fixture. Details will be confirmed once fixture dates & times are set following any TV picks that may be made by broadcasters.
