Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Bristol City Supporters Society Limited will be held in the Supporters Bar, Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol, BS3 2EJ at 1.00 p.m. on Saturday 14 December 2019 – before the Blackburn Rovers game. Doors will be open from Midday and all members are invited; please see documents 1 to 9:

The AGM represents your chance to come and ask questions of the Board and to give them your ideas on how we can further the interests of fans and help to make Bristol City Football Club a success both on and off the pitch.
The AGM provides a formal opportunity to hear of the Supporters Club & Trusts progress and allows members to put questions to the Board. Please can all members attending the AGM bring their membership cards (electronic or printed).
Any member is entitled to table a resolution or stand for a place on the Board. They should complete the appropriate form on this site and return it to the address on the form at least 5 working days before the meeting.
Should you not be able to attend and wish a proxy to attend in your place please fill in the proxy form and return it to the address on the form not less than two clear days before the date of the meeting. The proxy will need to bring ID to the AGM and subject to verification will then have the same rights as a member.
The Supporters Bar is through the Sports Bar and up the stairs.
