Formal Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Bristol City Supporters Society Limited, trading as Bristol City Supporters Club & Trust, will be held on:
Saturday 2 December 2017
3.00 pm
The Supporters Bar
Ashton Gate Stadium
Bristol
BS40 7TW
The Supporters Bar is above the Sports Bar & Pizzeria. Doors will be open from midday. All members are invited to this meeting which is also open to non-members. However only members will be allowed to speak and vote on proposed resolutions. Please be prepared for us to check your membership on arrival. Members will be asked to sign in and will then be presented with a card to hold up when wishing to speak or vote.
Nominations
Any member is entitled to stand for election to the board. Nominations should be sent to the Trust Secretary (address below) by Tuesday 31 October on the Nomination Form or by email which must contain all the information asked for on the form.
Resolutions
Any member is entitled to send a resolution to be proposed at the AGM. Resolutions should be sent to the Trust Secretary (address below) by Tuesday 31 October on the Resolution Form or by email. Any resolution must be supported by documentation as necessary.
Proxy
Should you be unable to attend and wish a proxy to attend in your place please fill in the proxy form which will be available from Monday 6 November. Proxy forms must be returned to the Secretary by Thursday 30 November. The proxy will need to bring ID to the AGM and subject to verification will then have the same rights as a member.

- Treasurer James Thomas’ Report – financial state of the Club & Trust
- Appointment of Auditors
- Elections / Co-option to vacant board positions

It is proposed that Martin Bees be re-appointed as Secretary

If you feel that an area of the Club & Trust’s activities is missing from the agenda, please let us know in advance and the working party will consider its inclusion.
Quorum
A minimum number of 20 members are required to be present in order for the meeting to take place. If the quorum is not reached within 30 minutes then the meeting will be deferred to a later date.
