NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
SATURDAY, 24TH JANUARY 2026
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bristol City Supporters Society Limited (trading as BCSCT) will be held on Saturday, 24th January at 1pm, Supporters Bar, Ashton Gate Stadium – prior to the men’s home game against Sheffield Wednesday.

SC&T Milestones
The AGM is a chance to hear what we have been doing this last year and to ask questions of the Board. Our AGMs are open to members and non-member supporters with only paid-up members being allowed to speak and vote.
Any member is entitled to:
· table a resolution
· make a nomination for the Board
· submit agenda items
Please use the relevant forms on this website (or refer to their wording) then email your request to info@bristolcitysupporters.org by the deadline of Wednesday 21st January 2026. Nominations may also be accepted at the meeting. For further information or to give advance notice of questions, please also email info@bristolcitysupporters.org.
If you are unable to attend a proxy may attend in your place. Please fill in (or refer to the wording of) the proxy form and email by deadline Wednesday 21st January 2026 to info@bristolcitysupporters.org. The proxy will need to provide ID at the AGM and subject to verification. They will then have the same rights as a member. All arrivals post-deadline will be declared invalid. The requisite quorum is 20 members.
